How to reach Gopinath Temple

By Air

If you are arriving by air, you must land at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati. You can hire a taxi from the airport or a ride-sharing service to reach the Gopinath Temple at Silsakoo. The temple is approximately 25 kilometers away from the airport, and the journey takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions.

By Train

If you prefer to travel by train, Guwahati Railway Station is the nearest main railway station. From there, you can hire a taxi, an auto-rickshaw, or use local buses to reach the Gopinath Temple. The distance between the railway station and the temple is around 15 kilometers, and the journey takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

By Road:

If you are traveling by road, you can reach Guwahati via National Highway 27, which connects the city to other major cities in the region. From Guwahati, you can take the Saraighat Bridge to cross the Brahmaputra River and reach North Guwahati. Gopinath Temple is located in North Guwahati Silsakoo.
