Four Year Under Graduate Program [FYUGP] -B.Sc Major/Honours course with research and 5th-year Integrated one-year M.Sc Course. Course Duration is a maximum of 5 years but have the option to exit from the program as per NEP-2020 Rules.

2. Two Year Master Degree, MSc in Electronics & Telecommunication Technology.

3. Two Year Master Degree, MSc in Micro Electronics and Advanced Communication.
